I did not receive my eVouchers in time. What can I do?
There are several reasons why evouchers may have been delayed:
- a) The email with the eVouchers could have gone to your junk or clutter folder - check those folders in your email system. If found in your junk folder, please mark us a ‘safe sender’ so that future orders will go directly to your inbox.
- b) You could have mistyped your email address. If you did not receive your invoice/receipt either, this may be an indication that you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact customersupport@neatideas.com.au with your order details to confirm your mail address.
- c) Your inbox could be full, and your server is not accepting any more emails. Please check your email account and ensure that you haven't reached your limit.
Our system has been built to cope with many orders at one time, but unfortunately in times of peak demand, e-tickets may take longer than normal. It is suggested that where possible you purchase with plenty of time to receive them. Unfortunately, from time to time, and despite our best endeavours, technical issues may result in a delay in receiving electronic vouchers. Most eVouchers are not date or event specific so they can be used at a later time.
If a delay does occur and you have not received the eVouchers within 30 minutes you can access your vouchers from your store account by following the FAQ instructions here.
Please note: Issues concerning non receipt of an order must be highlighted to us within 5 working days from the date of your order being placed. An administration fee may apply if lodged after this time frame.
Delayed eVouchers do not qualify for a refund.
