I changed my mind – can I change my order?
For auditing and good governance purposes, our systems do not allow us to edit an order once payment has been made.
Mailout Tickets. If you have ordered mailout tickets and they have NOT yet been posted, we can cancel your order and process a refund less the credit card transaction fee.
. If they have already been mailed out, we can only refund if you send the tickets back to us. The exchange needs to take place within 14 days of placing your order. Note: Mail out tickets cannot be exchanged for an electronic version.
Electronic vouchers. If you have purchased the wrong electronic voucher, unfortunately as per our terms and conditions of sale, they CANNOT be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. The ticketing system does not allow cancellation of serial codes which have already been issued.
