Problem redeeming my Rottnest Express voucher
If you are getting a 'code already redeemed' message, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
a) You have tried to make a booking within the last hour but did not proceed through to completion.
b) If you have reached the stage of selecting Ferry times, the codes will be 'temporarily redeemed' until you finalise the booking. If you make a change or navigate backwards the booking system will think the code has already been redeemed.
c) If you do not complete your booking, the serial codes will be re-activated within 1 hour. You will have to wait 1 hour before trying again.
