Do I need to be home to receive delivery?

No, your order will be delivered in a refrigerated van, in a weather-resistant box with ice sheets, which can hold a safe temperature for up to eight hours. Your order will generally be left at your front door, gate, or office reception. When we call you to confirm delivery you can add specific instructions in ‘delivery notes’.
