My order has not arrived, please help?
Most tickets are normally posted and received within 3-5 business days from date of dispatch, however we cannot guarantee an absolute time frame as delivery is subject to Australia Post. Please allow ample time between date of order and intent to use the tickets. We recommend placing your order at least 1 week prior to your date of intended use to ensure enough time to receive your tickets. Please allow longer if ordering outside of WA.
All ticket orders sent via Registered Post will be provided with a tracking number that can be used on the Australia Post website to tack your order.
Delays can sometimes occur which are beyond our control so please notify us if you have not received your order within 7 business days of placing your order.
If for some reason Australia Post was unable to deliver to your address the mail will be held at your local post office for 10 business days before being returned to sender.
