I did not receive my eVoucher, what can I do?

There are several reasons as to why this may have happened:

    1. The email with the eVouchers could have gone to your junk or clutter folder - check those folders in your email system.  If found in your junk folder, please mark us a ‘safe sender’ so that future orders will go directly to your inbox.
    2. You could have mistyped your email address. If you did not receive your invoice/receipt either, this is a sure indication that you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact us with your order details
    3. Your inbox could be full, and your server is not accepting any more emails. Please check your email account and ensure that you haven't reached your limit. 



  1. Neat Tickets manages many rewards and benefits programs. Many of these sites allow members to find and retrieve eVouchers by logging back into their account. If your site features the 'My Account' tab, follow the steps below. If your site does not feature the 'My Account' tab please contact at customersupport@neatideas.com.au with your order number so we can follow this up and email you your eVoucher
1. At the top-right of the homepage, click 'My Account'

2. On the next page, click 'My Orders' to the left.

3. Once all your previous orders are visible, click 'View Order' to the right of that order.

4. Once you've opened the right order, click 'PDF Download' under the order number.Download eVoucher - Step 4
