How will I receive the tickets that I have purchased online?

We offer hardcopy mailout tickets and downloadable eVoucher products.

Each product is clearly specified both in the description and in the product image; either as 'Mailout Ticket' or "Download"

Mailout Tickets:

Once payment has been processed, your tickets will be sent via Australia post to your nominated delivery address. Estimated delivery time is 3 – 5 business days from the dispatch date.

eVouchers:

eVouchers are emailed to your nominated shipping email address as a pdf attachment.

Please check junk and clutter folders, in case your email system has filtered our system email as spam or junk. Also double-check that you have typed your email address correctly.

If you do not receive the email your evouchers can be downloaded directly from your account after you have placed your order.
