How long will it take to receive my tickets?

Hard Copy Tickets

Most tickets are normally posted and received within 3-5 business days from date of order, however we cannot guarantee an absolute time frame as delivery is subject to Australia Post. Please allow ample time between date of order and intent to use the tickets. We recommend placing your order at least 5 working days before you wish to use your tickets to ensure enough time to receive your tickets. Please allow longer if ordering outside of WA. All ticket orders sent via Registered Post will be provided with a tracking number that can be used on the Australia Post website. Please notify us if you have not received your order within 7 business days of placing your order.

eVouchers:

eVouchers will be emailed to your specified email address and should be received within 30 minutes of purchase. Your eVouchers will also be available to download from the My Account / My Orders section of the site when you are logged in. You can follow the FAQ instructions on how to do that here.
