Why is my account suspended
Neat Tickets manages numerous reward and benefits sites.
Access to some of these sites ( mainly employee-based ones ) is authenticated against a list provided by the organisation. If your account is showing as suspended when you attempt to log in this means that the system is having a problem matching your login details with information provided to us .
It could be that the name or ID you are entering does not match what has been given to us. OR if you have only just become an employee, it may be that the HR dept is yet to update the authentication list.
In the first instance you should contact your HR dept to ensure your details are correct , as we are unable to edit any lists issued to us.
However, you can always contact our customer support team on customersupport@neatideas.com.au and provide your member / employee number and the name of the store you are attempting to access. We can then verify what the problem might be.
