Problem logging into my account

Neat Tickets manages numerous rewards and benefits platforms

Access and authentication to each site varies so reasons for you not being able to log in depends on the site you are a member of.  We suggest that you re-check the following points. (Not all will apply to your individual account)

Are the following correct?: Please ensure spaces are not inadvertently entered where they shouldn't be.

Employee or member number ID 

Name

Email address - if the response is that the email address you have entered is currently being used by someone else, then you will need to provide an alternative address.  For security reasons, each email address can only be linked to one member.

Password - if you are being advised your password is incorrect.  Please select 'reset password'
