Why have I been charged a fee?

All transactions on the online shopping store will incur an additional 1.5% bank transaction processing fee.

At checkout, all costs and charges are shown with the product details and calculated in your shopping cart, so you will know the exact cost before confirming any order. Please check very carefully before proceeding to payment, to ensure products etc are exactly as you wish. (Evouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded or extended)  

If using evouchers on a linked site  (i.e. cinema website) additional fees may be charged for reasons such as upgrades from standard cinema to 'special' ( Vmax etc ) or for 3D screenings etc.

External sites may also charge a booking fee for preselection of times, dates , seat selection.
